Awesome shop as far as I can tell. I’ve been there for urgent and non-urgent issues before and it’s been a great experience every time. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t try to take advantage of you, which I’ve experienced at other places before. Great shop dog too ⭐️

I had my 2015 Jeep Wrangler towed here after my clutch seemed to have gone, as I could no longer get it in gear. I assumed it was the clutch. But they told me it was just the slave cylinder. They could have easily replaced both to squeeze money out of me. But they were honest and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. As this Jeep has given me so many issues recently. That was just the start. I had them look into a P0344 code that kept tripping, which says it's a camshaft sensor. This took prolly a month or so for them to figure out, but it wasn't a straight forward fix. That code could be tripped by a number of different issues. They traced it down to replacing the camshaft and the phaser. After it was fixed, the Jeep ran like it did when I 1st drove it!!! I was extremely happy!!! When they told me what it was gonna cost I was so shocked, as I was expecting to pay about double what they actually charged me. This is the 2nd vehicle I have brought to this garage, and these ppl are smilpy the best!! If you need repairs I would HIGHLY recommend this garage. They're honest hard working ppl you can trust!!

Great shop! I had a front bearing hub making noise, and discussed w/ Joe. He squeezed me in, tested out my truck, and recommended NOT replacing both sides, as one hub was in good shape and not making noise. It's an expensive part, but the labor was very reasonable. They had it repaired and back to me the same day. I would highly recommend this shop - honest, forthright people and good service. Support this local small business!

They were excellent in every way starting with the first call with Joe! They did my vehicles quickly and told me accurate information regarding the life of my brakes instead of seeking me new brakes before I need them.

I have taken my vehicle to other mechanics in town, and I must say that Pro Care has them beat. They are affordable, honest and helpful, and just great at what they do. Joe is an amazing employee. He has helped me on several occasions. He is very attentive to details, and goes above and beyond to help in any way. He is a true gentleman. Thank you Pro Care!

Another local auto shop tried to rip me off 3,000 dollars. I took my car to Pro Care Auto for a second opinion and they treated me right and they told me my car looked good. Will be bringing my car here from now on. Several people recommended them as well.

Joe and the guys are great here! Had some trouble with my air conditioning system while visiting family. My compressor and evap coils had gone bad and I needed to drive back home that weekend. Joe was able to put an express order on the needed parts, and they busted their butts to get my car ready to drive by the weekend (evap coils replacement is NOT an easy fix!). The air has been blowing nice and cool since, I can't thank them enough for their effort and would GLADLY recommend them to any of my Lakeland family and friends!
